With many new openings on the horizons, we are now seeking a Restaurant Director to lead the operations of the APAC region.

The Restaurant Director will:

Drive the operational success, performance, profitability, and people development of the venues within the APAC region;
Managing timelines for menu development and operational improvements and changes;
Maintaining close knowledge of regional markets to identify trends and guest preferences, implementing updates to each venue's offerings respectively;
Spearheading training, service execution, performance management, and career development;
Ensuring major events are planned and executed with the highest standards of service;
Reporting on financials, payroll, and staffing;
Ensuring venues are at appropriate staffing pars, driving recruitment and interview processes;
Ensuring staff schedules are created in accordance to business needs while maintaining employee well-being and work-life balance;
Championing and fostering a positive, inclusive culture that employees want to be a part of long term.

We seek candidates with:

3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in leading venues in major metropolitan cities;
Exceptional leadership abilities, prior experience managing large teams of 100+;
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with ability to engage, inspire, and quickly build rapport with guests and team members alike;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Strong financial acumen with P&L management expertise;
A passion for designing and delivering exceptional guest experiences;
A vibrant, outgoing personality to embody the spirit of the brand;
An incessant drive for team success and excellence.
