LYNX is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and innovate in our operational framework, ensuring our processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with our business objectives.In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Chief Financial and Risk Officer, collaborating closely to drive strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the development of digital automated processes within our operational and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster change and implement innovative solutions.
- Manage the lifecycle of operational processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks in operational processes and compliance.
- Integrate legal and regulatory requirements into operational strategies, focusing on WFT, wwft, MIFID II, and DORA.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor/Master of Science with 8-12 years in product management, focusing on operational or regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, process automation, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of risk management and ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a strong vision for driving efficiency and change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
