As Patisserie Supervisor your compensation will be $28.68 per hour.
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
· You will be responsible for with supervising and delivering of the overall culinary and service concepts of The Patisserie outlet. You will ensure adherence to DC Core Standards and required Health and Food Safety standards all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
· You’ll also be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your day. This will include recognizing all In-House and VIP guests, building and strengthening relationships with our guests, assigning shift teams, side work, and stations all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. In addition, Patisserie Supervisors work hands-on with the culinary and stewarding teams while communicating requests and concerns to drive problem solving and resolution.

· As a Patisserie Supervisor you are essential in ensuring our service standards are upheld and you will assist team members to complete any necessary task. Patisserie supervisors may have some administrative work such as completing all voids, comps, and transfers, and using the hotel operating systems. You will also host our daily shift meetings, and report daily shift operations with any necessary follow up.
· Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary restrictions, location preferences, reservation inquiries, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Patisserie Supervisors.
