About the role

Brighty is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Media Assistant. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to dive into the dynamic world of media and support our efforts in delivering impactful campaigns for our clients. Some of what you will do:

* Assist in the planning and execution of media campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and broadcast.
* Support the media team in conducting research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
* Assist with the creation and optimization of media plans, including budget management, scheduling, and placement.
* Coordinate with external vendors and media partners to negotiate rates, secure placements, and ensure campaign deliverables are met.
* Monitor campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization.
* Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and industry trends.
* Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and new technologies in media planning and buying.
* Provide administrative support to the media team, including organizing files, maintaining databases, and preparing documents as needed.

What will help you be successful:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
* Strong interest in media planning and buying, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with media planning tools and software a plus.
