Provides technical expertise, decision making, and problem solving based on in depth knowledge of laboratory techniques, principles, instruments, and their relationships. Serves and Laboratory liaison for Point of Care testing, including monitoring daily Quality Assurance and Proficiency testing of all Point of Care Devices.

• MLS, MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification and clinical laboratory training culminating in national certification as defined by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) Board of Registry
• 4 years experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Ability to type. Ability to communicate effectively in person and on phone.
• Proven experience in excellent customer service performance.
