This position is responsible for the proper completion and submission of live birth and fetal death certificates to the Montgomery County Department of Vital Records. Also maintains a monthly report of all births and deaths with submission monthly as required by the Department of Vital Records.
Must exhibit good customer service, as the position requires dealing with patients on a daily basis. Responsibility also includes the completion and submission of death certificates with communication to funeral homes and Department of Vital Records as necessary.
