About the Role

We are seeking a resilient, and professional collector with excellent customer service skills to work with our customers in arrears to find fair and commercial solutions. This is a fast paced role where you will be juggling multiple accounts and need to have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills. 

Reporting to the Team Leader Collections, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that works hard but also likes to have a laugh. 



Skills And Experiences

If the following sounds like you, you’ll be a great fit:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years Collections experience
  • Minimum of 2 years Mortgage Collection experience 
  • Previous experience in a mortgage credit control position and more specifically, experience and knowledge of legal processes and notices in all states (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet set arrears targets
  • Experience in dealing with security loan facilities
  • Experience in litigation matters
  • Experience in dealing with mortgage security 
  • A thorough understanding of telephone debt collection procedures
  • Experience in a role that is multi-tasked and requires quick and decisive action
