Answer incoming calls and respond to patient queries related to eye health services, appointments, and procedures
Schedule appointments for patients and provide them with necessary instructions and information
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient queries related to eye health services, appointments, and procedures
Update weekly doctor’s schedule in the system
Coordinate with other hospital departments to meet patient needs.
Make outgoing calls to patients for appointment reminders.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with patients in the software
Assist patients with basic information about their medical conditions
and provide accurate information about procedures and treatments.
Resolve patient complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
Provide excellent customer service and promote patient satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Clear the missed calls and update in software
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/ Managers
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field
Any degree in a related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Proficient in relevant software and tools
