Our Group of Companies services North American food and beverage processing facilities, oil & gas equipment suppliers, local commercial construction companies, and a wide range of industrial and agricultural processors/manufacturers. Our services include the design and manufacturing of custom machines and mobile equipment, building and equipment structures and manufacturing/processing systems.
C&A Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and driven full-time Administration Assistant. The starting wage range for this position will be $23-$25/ hour depending on experience and education levels.
Job Position summary (including but not limited to)
- Reviewing, entering, and posting timecards.
- Entering and monitoring work orders.
- Scanning documents for future digital use.
- Assisting with paperless processes.
- Answering phones and directing clientele to be helped by the correct department.
- Cooperate with team members to provide excellent customer and administrative services.
- Data entry into Great Plains accounting software.
Job Position Requirements
- 2+ years of office experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
- College diploma in Office Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office efficiently.
- Ability to use Microsoft Great Plains or similar software.
- Ability to solve problems and introduce solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize task list.
