Performs Preventive Maintenance on Equipment and Buildings, responds to emergencies, completes routine work orders for repairs and other assigned duties.

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Trade school and or 2 years experience in a maintenance or related field.
• Basic interpreting of blue prints on buildings and schematics on equipment.
• Ability to observe, assesses, and record work, safety and infection control standards.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
