As a Training Team Manager within the TUMO Academy, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the training team, ensuring the seamless execution of training programs and initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee training administration and logistics, ensuring the seamless coordination of scheduling, venue bookings, participant registrations, and resource allocation for training sessions. Manage the day-to-day operations of the training team, ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs and initiatives.
Supervise and provide guidance to training leads, fostering their professional growth and development.
Monitor the usage of the Learning Management System (LMS) by trainers, ensuring they comply with the established content guidelines and standards.
Work closely with trainers to address any concerns or challenges they face in navigating and using the LMS, providing guidance and troubleshooting support as needed.
Oversee the training budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Programs Manager to ensure alignment between program design and delivery.
Monitor the quality of training delivery and provide feedback and coaching to training leads as needed.
Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of training sessions, including venue bookings, participant registrations, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to secure necessary resources for training.
Maintain accurate training records, including participant attendance, evaluations, and training completion.

Your Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Master degree in Education /Human Resources/ Organizational Management or any related discipline.
High level of proficiency in English, Russian and Armenian.
