Anderson Holding Group is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs and develop staffing plans to meet these needs. You will be responsible for sourcing qualified applicants, participating in the interview process, coordinating pre-employment activities, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new team members. Job Type:  Full time Hybrid position (In office 2 to 3 days/week)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage the CRM/ATS workflow to ensure a smooth process for candidates and the Talent Acquisition team
  • Coordinate with site point persons for efficient onboarding of new hires
  • Activate and manage job promotions in the talent marketplace using our CRM/ATS
  • Update and manage Recruiting Activity Metrics and Candidate Workflow tools
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to assess interest, personality, and salary requirements
  • Provide feedback to Hiring Managers and advise on talent fit within the organization
  • Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates using standardized screening techniques
  • Develop and implement efficient and fair hiring practices to support business needs
  • Recruit and network with potential candidates using various methods, including social media platforms and hiring events
  • Stay updated on current sourcing strategies and industry trends through continuous learning and networking
  • Engage in weekly outreach and passive candidate engagement activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM/ATS for talent acquisition
  • Strong networking skills and familiarity with various recruitment methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidate suitability through standardized screening techniques
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends
