Recruitment Resourcer

Workforce Recruitment is a busy driving & Industrial agency that is continually growing, We are looking for a recruitment Consultant/resourcer to join our team on a full time basis at our offices in Pudsey Leeds.

Full training will be given.

• HGV Drivers
  
• Forklift Drivers
  
• Warehouse staff
  
• Admin staff
  
• Temporary and permanent staff
  

Working within an existing team you will be responsible for servicing existing clients by fulfilling outstanding roles with the right candidates. 

Ideally you will have a background in industrial or driving recruitment, as we are looking for someone who can make an impact straight away. We would also consider candidates with agency recruitment experience.

 You must have:

• A great personality with an aptitude for conversing at all levels.
  
• A strong desire to succeed in the role as this brings greater financial rewards.
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• A good understanding of Microsoft office and ability to work with other packages.
  
• Good command of English language
  

Your role will involve:

• You will manage the recruitment process from end to end
  
• Sourcing the right candidates
  
• Taking bookings from clients
  
• Placing candidates with clients
  
• Arranging interviews
  
• Servicing existing accounts
  
• Collating compliance paperwork
  
• Speaking to candidates on a daily basis.
  
• Using company online booking system
  
• Increasing the number of workers placed per week
  

Salary

Basic up to £26,000, dependant on experience

Bonus up to £20,000+ per year dependant on number of workers placed
