Program Manager - SAP S/4 HANA

We are looking for a Senior Program/Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering SAP S/4 HANA implementations, showcasing expertise in end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, SAP solutions (retail and car modules), and a deep understanding of business processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, driving efficiency, and delivering tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the entire SAP S/4 HANA implementation project, from initiation to go-live, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
2. Stakeholder Management: Champion effective and strategic stakeholder engagement, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
3. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project stays on course and achieves its objectives.
4. Resource Allocation: Manage project resources efficiently, including team members, consultants, and external partners, to optimize end-to-end project delivery.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to best practices throughout the SAP S/4 HANA implementation lifecycle.
6. Change Management: Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of the new SAP S/4 HANA system.
7. Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular status reports, documentation, and updates to project stakeholders, keeping them informed of end-to-end project progress.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in SAP S/4 HANA implementations with a focus on end-to-end delivery.
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
3. Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA modules and integration points.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a particular focus on stakeholder engagement.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
