Reporting to Team Leader – Regulatory Support - Building, this position is full-time and responsible for piecing together the relevant information historic and current on a property.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy and attention to detail. The salary range is $49000 to $58000 per annum.

Skills And Experiences
As the successful applicant you will have:
a diploma level or higher in Business studies, or a similar qualification
3+ years’ experience in an administrative role
experience in local government would be an advantage but not essential
strong customer service and the ability to build relationships
high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications
strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
the ability to work independently and as part of a team
sound analytical, practical and report writing skills.
the ability to become familiar with property files and the District Plan classifications
the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
a demonstrated sense of urgency to meet legislative deadlines
