**IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL (SOFTWARE AND TECHNOLOGY)- BELFAST OR GLASGOW BASED**
We are hiring for our client, a global specialist software solutions provider with a significant presence across Europe, North America, and Asia. They are seeking a Legal Counsel with 2-3 years' PQE to join their team. This role can be based in either Belfast or Glasgow.

The Role:
- Provide legal counsel and support on a wide range of issues related to technology and software solutions.
- Provide legal support in all kinds of commercial activity, including due diligence, compliance, training and
corporate work, reviewing and improving processes, approach and documentation.
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of legal, commercial and corporate contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in the legal landscape.
- Support business wide projects relating to competition law, compliance and governance, employment law, finance, GDPR and real estate.
The Person:
- Qualified solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE.
- Experience in software/technology and commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.
