Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who has skills in developing creative and compelling content to push brand growth and engagements through media platforms. So, what will you be doing?

In this role, you'll be instrumental in our online presence by creating captivating content across multiple platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, crafting tailored messages to effectively engage with our diverse audience and enhance our brand visibility. You will also:

• Collaborate with the creative marketing team to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that align with eSmart Networks goals and values.
• Utilise graphic design, photography, videography, and other multimedia techniques to convey compelling narratives.
• Monitor social media analytics to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimise content strategies accordingly.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
• Provide administrative support as required to the Marketing and wider team.

The Person: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with marketing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with data input, scheduling, or digital marketing is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and the Adobe suite. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to expand their existing marketing skills or someone looking to apply their qualifications into the real world.
