Description

As we continue to expand our reach and influence in the industry, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commissioning Manager, who will play a pivotal role in our Commissioning team, overseeing the effective management, coordination, and execution of commissioning phases across various projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive commissioning plans for water treatment projects.
  • Coordinate testing and verification of water treatment processes and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and permitting requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate commissioning requirements into project design and construction phases.
  • Establish and evaluate Key Performance Objectives for the Commissioning Team.
  • Maintain a commercial focus through innovation, cost control, and technological advancement.
  • Lead and integrate the commissioning function across the business.
  • Manage the Commissioning Team budget and monitor expenditure.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members.


Skills And Experiences

Essential Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in water treatment plant commissioning and project management.
  • Strong understanding of water treatment processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience leading and developing staff.
  • Project management skills and strong leadership abilities.
