Business Analyst
- Stop travelling to the city - Liverpool Location
- Temporary full time – 35hour week
- $600 per day + Super
Are you tired of travelling to and from the city for work? Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their government-based organisation located in Sydney’s South West, for a 6-month temporary contract.
The purpose of the Business Analyst/Business Improvement role is to provide strategic and operational advice on the most efficient and effective way that brings together all of the elements that contribute to the alignment of organisations processes, systems and people skills.
The Role;
- Gather information from business stakeholders to understand their needs and detailed requirements
- Assist in establishing business and functional requirements for the implementation of changes in business processes and the successful delivery of ICT solutions
- Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all relevant business units
You Have:
- Prior experience in a relevant or similar role
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis delivering effective technical solutions
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution and persuasion skills
- High-level interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Capacity to work as a team or autonomously
