Building Control Officer
Responsibilities:
- The role is responsible for both processing and inspections and would be part of a skilled building team with exceptional administrative support.

Skills And Experiences
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Diploma in Building Surveying
- New Zealand Certificate in Building or equivalent
- Craftsman Plumber and Registered Drainlayer
- Advanced Trade Certificate in Building
- Multi-Skilled Officers Certificate
- Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge with a desire to work collaboratively to achieve the right outcomes
- Have a good working knowledge of current building code and legislation
- Significant experience in building control functions including plan processing and inspections (preferred but not essential)
- Hold a current driver’s licence
