About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for\:
Perform technical duties requiring independent judgment and analysis
Provide support for server/ compute and operations and hardware
Learn and assist with other midrange platforms and process related to backups, storage, etc.
Work on assigned projects, including research, development, coordination, and decision making to complete assigned project(s)
Create and maintain process and technical documentation
Adhere to ITIL standards and best practices related service management and asset management
Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships with IT & business personnel, representatives from external organizations and others
Promote teamwork by sharing knowledge, cooperating with others, participating in meetings and work groups, and supporting the goals and objectives of the business unit; Perform related duties as assigned.
