As a Regional Director of Outside Sales and JHP team member, you will build and develop

customer hospitality(bar, restaurant, and nightclub) relationships within a market territory. JHP

has the exclusive OOH rights to live sports events such as UFC PPVs, ESPN+ for Business,

soccer, college football and basketball events, and more! These are the types of events that

sports bars, restaurants, pubs, etc. want to have on their TV screens.

We are in search of early career-stage professionals who are self-starters, have excellent

communication skills, and are eager to jump right in. You will enjoy the freedom of setting your

own schedule, having an unlimited earning potential, and not being chained to a desk all day.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Connect and engage in-person with potential sports-themed bars, restaurants and other

establishments to discuss our products and services

 Develop and manage a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed

assigned monthly and other annual sales quota

 Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory through networking and

business development activities

 Manage each sale process by entering customer and potential opportunity data into

Salesforce CRM

 Use communication skills to show businesses the value in the products and services we

offer

 Facilitate positive client experiences through advocating JHP’s best practices

Requirements:

 Reliable source of transportation

 Valid driver’s license

 Disciplined work ethic

 B.A. degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field

 Excellent communication skills

 Time management skills

 Ability to work independently and also within a team environment
