The SVP of Sales will oversee Human API’s new business organization. This person is fundamentally responsible for driving revenue growth. Reporting to the CEO, our Sales leader will sit on the executive leadership team, taking full accountability for company-wide new business success.

What you'll do

Own and drive top-line revenue growth through hands-on new logo acquisition
Build and promote a performance-driven revenue culture focused on delivering delivering outcomes
Hire, onboard, and oversee a small sales team of exceptional account executives.
Evolve our deal strategies to maximize revenue and minimize sales cycle time
Build and continuously run a rigorous deal process to support visibility, alignment, predictability, repeatability, and scale
Develop and communicate pipeline health and deal health through quantitative, metrics-based approaches
Participate in strategic planning to develop thorough, bottoms-up revenue projections for annual budgets and multi-year projections

About you

Experience leading a B2B SaaS sales organization selling to large enterprises, preferably into a regulated industry (healthcare, insurance, banking)
Experience selling value to enterprises, and developing and owning business cases to support and demonstrate that value; delivering on 7-figure deals with C-level executives
10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding quotas
5+ Senior sales management experience
Proven success driving significant (50% YoY) topline growth in early-stage organizations
Strong leadership and management skills with experience building out a sales framework
Ability to operate in an environment of uncertainty with conviction and urgency
Entrepreneurial attitude; you get the strategies and tactics needed to develop and grow new business opportunities

The national compensation range for this position is 200-275 annual salary. OTE will be largely based on targets set and outcomes, splitting around 50/50
